Eternal Jewelers provides many other services in addition to providing quality diamond and gemstone pieces.

Appraisals

We are able to provide appraisals for any of our merchandise.  These forms contain detailed information including a clear image of the piece that can be used for personal and insurance documentation.

Diamond Certification

Eternal Jewelers carries GIA and EGL certified diamonds.  We are also able to provide certification for our custom-created diamond pieces.

Lifetime Warranty

Eternal Jewelers warranties all of its diamond and gemstone jewelry for a lifetime.  This warranty covers work including resizing, rhodium finishing for white gold, polishing, and refurbishing from normal wear and tear.  Should a piece of jewelry ever lose a stone, we will replace the gemstone lost from the setting at no charge provided that the jewelry has been inspected every four months by an Eternal Jewelers associate, the condition has been recorded, and that the piece has not been abused or tampered with. Diamond Trade-Up

Eternal Jewelers provides a Trade-Up option with the diamond jewelry we sell.  We will gladly accept this jewelry as a trade for its purchase price (exclusive of taxes) or its current value (whichever is greater) towards the purchase of new diamond jewelry for a minimum of two times the amount of your trade-in.

Layaway

We provide a layaway plan which gives our guests the option of paying for a piece over time. The duration of layaway plan is determined by the total value of the purchase.

Cleaning

Eternal Jewelers is proud to offer free cleanings and inspections of any jewelry every day.  In addition, polishing cloths and jewelry cleaning kits are available for purchase.

Store Credit Card

The Eternal Jewelers card can be used on any purchase made from our stores.  The value of the purchase may also qualify one for no-interest for three to twelve months.

Custom Creations

Eternal Jewelers specializes in custom work in your preference of metal and stone.  You can work with one of our specialists to design a piece just for you or your someone that is as unique and special as they are.

Repairs

In addition to selling fine jewelry, we provide repair services.  We work on almost any jewelry including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and watches.  Repair services include but are not limited to soldering links, broken clasps, polishing, restringing necklaces, adjusting ring sizes, and resetting stones.
